WV Cigarette Tax

I am writing to let you know I am in opposition to the new nicotine and cigarette taxes in the $3.5 trillion budget package because it would violate President Biden’s pledge to not raise taxes on people making under $400,000 and hurt small businesses in our state. Please do all you can to oppose these taxes in the $3.5 trillion budget package.
