Vote No on HB970

I’m writing to urge you to stand with Missouri families and vote NO on HB970. This bill poses a serious threat to our communities by legalizing illegal slot machines—machines that have already taken root in our neighborhoods and prey on the vulnerable.

Legalizing illegal slot machines is not the solution—getting rid of them is.

Rather than taking action to eradicate these harmful machines, HB970 would only make things worse by allowing even more to flood our state, turning local businesses like gas stations and restaurants into mini-casinos. We both know that these machines create pathways to addiction, crime, and increased harm to children and families in our communities.
