You may have recently received correspondence from veteran service organizations asking you to reconsider Senate Bill 118. I’d ask you to hear from someone on the other side of that argument. I went through the traditional channels more than once and came away with nothing to show for it.

Hiring a private disability claims consultant was the decision that finally got my claim resolved. SB 118 keeps that option available while making sure veterans like me have real protections when we pay for that kind of help. I hope you’ll weigh my experience before making any changes to this law.
