Support Raising The Sovereign Immunity Caps

Citizens like me and your other constituents depend on the men and women of Florida law enforcement to keep our communities safe.  We depend on our Second Amendment rights to keep our homes and our individual families safe.

Both of those are in jeopardy if Senate Bill 1748 and House Bill 1551 are made law.  Don’t put big corporate manufacturers ahead of our rights or our men and women in uniform.  Don’t give them a loophole to avoid accountability if their product is designed in a way that can’t be depended on when lives are at stake.
