Support Lower Energy Costs for Families

Governor Youngkin, I am writing to encourage your support for expanding shared solar, a critical step toward more energy choices and savings for families.

Shared solar not only brings energy competition and electricity cost reductions for consumers, but also brings well-paying jobs to our communities. With 73% of Virginians supporting shared solar and high demand for current projects, it’s clear that our citizens want this option.

I urge you to support SB 253/HB 106 and SB 255/HB 108; which would expand access to shared solar for families across the commonwealth.
