NO on SB 789
Subject: NO on SB 789
I am a constituent of yours, and I’m writing to express my opposition to SB 789. Increasing the prescription dispensing fee from to $15 would raise the cost of every prescription filled in
Oklahoma by $12. This is unfair and harmful to anyone who relies on affordable prescription
drugs. With millions of prescriptions filled annually in Oklahoma, SB 789 will lead to more than $300 million in added costs across the state.
This bill will dramatically increase expenses for individuals, businesses, and state government. It’s an unnecessary burden that will raise healthcare costs for many Oklahomans. Please oppose SB 789.
