Please Oppose HB 4457 – Protect Access to Medications

As your constituent, I am writing to respectfully ask you to oppose House Bill 4457.

This bill would force many of the state’s mail-order and specialty pharmacies to close. These pharmacies serve patients with serious and complex conditions who depend on coordinated support, medication counseling, and reliable delivery.

For patients managing cancer, autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, or other chronic conditions, even short disruptions in access can have serious consequences. We should not pass legislation that risks creating gaps in care.

Please oppose HB 4457 and protect stable, uninterrupted access to prescription medications for Oklahoma families.
