Override VA Governor Veto

As your constituent, I urge you to override the Governor’s veto of the budget amendment, Amendment 108, lowering BMI requirements for obesity medication coverage from 40/37 to 35/30. This measure, passed by the legislature, would have expanded access to critical treatment for working Virginians who need it.

By blocking this change, the Governor is limiting access to care, increasing healthcare costs, and putting workers at greater risk of serious illnesses like heart disease and diabetes.
