Oppose HB 2842 – Protect Veterans’ Access to Support

I am writing to urge you to oppose HB 2842, a bill that could limit the assistance available to Arizona’s veterans as they navigate the complex VA benefits process.

While HB 2842 aims to prevent predatory actors, it unintentionally restricts legitimate, non-accredited individuals—including experienced veterans, advocates, and trusted advisors—who provide valuable guidance to veterans in need. Limiting these resources would make it even harder for veterans to secure the benefits they rightfully earned.
Please vote NO on HB 2842 and protect veterans’ ability to access a full range of support options.
