SUBJECT:  No Uber immunity

Dear Representative [LAST_NAME],

As your constituent, I am writing to ask you to stand up for the people we love and their constitutional rights and not be influenced by Uber. The legislative effort in Congress to gain immunity from accountability is un-American.

Uber has become one of the richest corporations in the world.  Uber continues to grow and make billions more every year.  Uber is backed and influenced by Saudi Arabia where there is no Civil Justice System.

The United States of America is a country where citizens can hold corporations accountable.   

There were 75 homicides that involved Uber drivers and passengers from 2017 through 2022. Additionally, Uber received reports of 12,522 sexual assaults from 2017 through 2022, including 1,156 attempted rapes and 1,207 rapes.
