Establish A Clear National Plan For AI [Entry Fields] The decisions being made right now about AI will shape your job, your kids’ classroom and our economic future for decades. China has a plan. America doesn’t. While China pours billions into a nationwide AI vision, Congress sits on the sidelines with no plan to compete. That’s unacceptable. If we don’t act, China will win the AI race – threatening our economy and our national security. Tell Congress that America needs to lead the way. China has a strong top-down strategy to integrate AI in every level of their society and is investing billions of dollars to execute it. America on the other hand has no unified vision and no national guidelines that direct how we invest in the future of AI. Without a national vision for how this technology evolves, China will quickly win the AI race, leaving America in the dust. Simply put, China has put its people in a position to reap its benefits. America hasn’t. We need a plan that invests in American innovation, establishes common-sense safeguards and that promotes economic growth that we can all share in. Congress needs to act now to ensure that America shapes the future of AI. We’re calling on you to establish a clear vision and set of rules for AI to unleash prosperity and growth for all.
