Let’s not risk losing KY tax revenue that funds education and government services in KY

I urge you to oppose HB 904. This bill picks winners and losers, threatening to kick out the popular, licensed sportsbooks Kentuckians enjoy.

Passing HB 904 risks $40 million in annual tax revenue—funding vital to support high-quality education and government services. Furthermore, it creates an unfair disadvantage for legal operators against unregulated markets.

Kentucky should strengthen our legal market, not weaken it. Please protect our tax dollars and consumer freedom by voting NO on HB 904.
