Keep TX Energy Bills LOW!

Thank you for your leadership in keeping the Texas energy miracle alive through an all-of-the-above approach. As our state grows, we need more energy to meet rising demand while keeping utility prices low.

Unfortunately, SB 819 threatens that progress. It creates new roadblocks for energy development at a time when we need every megawatt we can get.

Property rights and freedom to do business are foundational to Texas. Our state shouldn’t stand in the way of landowners deciding how to use their own property—especially when it comes to innovative energy projects. For many Texas families, energy development is the most profitable use of their land, and the revenue often makes it possible to keep that land in the family for generations. Instead of adding regulatory roadblocks, we should protect the choices that help rural communities thrive.

To protect our future, we need policies that allow energy innovation—not ones that slow it down. Please oppose SB 819 and stand up for Texas landowners, communities, and energy freedom.
