Keep Our Electricity Prices Fair

Dear Rep./Sen.

Iowa families would be facing higher electricity prices if utilities succeed in making “Right of First Refusal” (ROFR) in HF 2551 a law.  ROFR bans competition, and you can bet that people like me will have to pay more. Iowa needs to stop letting utility companies have the upper hand and start standing up for consumers.  Don’t let ROFR move forward this session.  I don’t deserve to pay more for electricity.
