I am contacting you as a citizen and constituent in your district who is against letting trucking companies off the hook for reckless and deadly behavior.

Trucking companies are trying to push for a policy that hurts us, especially when an injured party seeks accountability and fair compensation. A cap on the value of life in all crashes involving a commercial vehicle lets reckless drivers off the hook for the harm they cause.
