Don’t let HB 1150 put your family’s healthcare at risk

I am writing to express my strong opposition to HB 1150, which I believe will have devastating consequences for families in rural Arkansas. This bill will force pharmacies to close their doors, leaving families in rural areas without easy access to essential medications.

For many seniors and disabled individuals, this will mean driving long distances to fill prescriptions—a burden that will increase costs, strain their health, and make it harder to manage chronic conditions. HB 1150 would make life harder for the very people our state should be helping.

Please stand with Arkansas families and vote NO on HB 1150. We need policies that increase access to affordable healthcare, not limit it.
