Say No to HB 3383

Dear Lawmaker,

As one of your constituents, I am reaching out to express my concern regarding HB 3383.  Currently, contracted dental networks protect consumers from higher out-of-pocket costs for care by negotiating discounts for them. However, if HB 3383 passes, insurers would be prevented from bargaining for discounts on services not covered by contracts. This change would limit their ability to negotiate and could ultimately raise costs for consumers.
