Reject Costly New Mandates on Mail-order Rx Drugs

As your constituent, I am asking you not to support new state government regulations or laws that interfere with the private healthcare market and drive-up costs for prescription drugs. A proposed rule by the Board of Pharmacy will increase the cost of mail-order prescription medications by up to $23 per package! That is an outrageous price increase that will lead to many Oklahomans simply skipping doses or discontinuing their medications.  Please stop this proposed rule from becoming law in Oklahoma.
