Protect access to local pharmacies

I’m writing because I want to ask you to vote against anything that would make it harder to get prescriptions filled or for local pharmacies to stay open.

Drug prices keep getting higher and I’m grateful for any work that lowers costs. However, I’m concerned about the risk of more pharmacies closing. Local pharmacies closing drive up costs and make healthcare less accessible.

Plenty of people in my community rely on pharmacy options being affordable and close by. Long drives for a prescription are not realistic for many of us.  Please do not put patients in a spot where we have to choose between our medication and work, family time, or a reliable grocery budget.

Patients like me need you to oppose things that could lead to pharmacy closures and changes to healthcare access across the state.

Thanks for hearing me out. I look forward to learning how you stand with patients to keep medication affordable and easy to access.
