Oppose SB 188: Protect Access to Affordable Medication

I am writing to urge you to oppose SB 188, a bill that will increase prescription drug spending by billions of dollars. SB 188’s provisions, such as mandating additional dispensing fees, removing protections from price gouging and restricting preferred pharmacy networks, will dramatically increase prices for patients and taxpayers.

As your constituent, I urge you to stand up for affordable healthcare by rejecting SB 188. We cannot allow special interests to dictate healthcare policy to the detriment of ordinary citizens.
