No Streaming and TV Tax

Dear [Assembly Member/ Senator],

 

As too many families struggle to make ends meet, there is one thing all New Yorkers can agree on – we cannot afford new, burdensome taxes.

 

An unnecessary tax hike on streaming and satellite TV being considered would be an additional strain on the budgets of New York families and small businesses. Why pay more just to stream videos or watch TV?

 

I am writing to ask you to oppose A5900-A / S2581-A and help make life more affordable for your constituents, not more expensive.
