NO on HB 3368 and Other Unfunded Mandates

Dear Lawmaker,

As your constituent, I am asking you to oppose HB 3368. This is yet another Big Government mandate in health care that is going to drive up the cost of care and prescription drugs. Oklahoma families are tired of seeing the Legislature pass bills supported by special interests that do nothing to lower the cost of our drugs and health care. In fact, legislation like HB 3368 makes it more expensive for employers to offer affordable benefits and will actually increase costs while reducing access to Rx drugs. Please vote NO on this bill and encourage your colleagues to do the same.
