Marylanders need to hold wrongdoers accountable

As a voter in your district, I believe Marylanders deserve the right to have a jury determine what justice means in every civil court case. Maryland’s outdated caps on damages prevent juries from awarding justice and prevent Marylanders from holding wrongdoers fully accountable.
