Let Ws Rent Where We Want To
Local governments in Georgia have instituted restrictive rental zoning laws for single-family homes that limit homeowner rights to rent their property and prohibit renters from choosing where they can live. While important, zoning laws are not intended to prop up discriminatory housing policies that marginalize Georgians who decide renting a single-family home is right for them. Weaponizing zoning laws against renters makes life harder for Georgians who serve as firefighters, police officers, teachers, nurses, and especially those in the military.
Tell your state Senator to stand up for homeowners and tenants so every American can have the opportunity and choice to live, work, and raise a family in the neighborhood that suits them best.
