Justice For Nevada Juries And Citizens

Lawmaker Letter:

I am contacting you as your constituent asking you to repeal the 20-year-old law that denies Nevada juries the right to decide outcomes of court cases based on the unique facts of each case.

When veterans, seniors, and Nevada families are left permanently disabled or can no longer work and earn a living due to the careless mistake of a doctor or hospital, that Nevada family should receive justice.

As my elected representative, I ask that you eliminate this law that ties the hands of our juries and denies justice to our citizens.
