ESA Expansion To Grandfather In Students

HB638/SB559 expands the eligibility for the ESA program to include students that would have qualified for the program while it was on hold and caught up in the courts.

Now that it has been ruled constitutional by the Tennessee Supreme Court, I hope you will vote YES on this proposal to make sure that students that qualified for the ESA program in its first three years will be able to take advantage of school choice!
