March Madness is just tipping off and Kentuckians will be spending millions of dollars in bordering states and on illegal sports betting apps. Please act now to create a safe and regulated market.

Legalizing sports betting would provide revenue for the state, which would be used to support state employee pensions. It would also protect consumers from the potential risks associated with illegal and unregulated betting.
