Bring Mobile Sports Betting To North Carolina

I support mobile sports betting in North Carolina and I urge you to vote in favor of bringing mobile sports betting to our state. I want to place bets directly from my phone or computer, from my home, just like what people can do in so many other states across the country, including in Virginia and Tennessee.

Sports fans across North Carolina are currently placing bets through illegal platforms that lack critical security features and provide no consumer protections. A lot of these illegal apps seem legitimate, but they don’t have secure payment systems, tools for responsible gaming, or protections against underage play.

I believe that you should stand up for consumer protections, including those that we desperately need for mobile sports betting in North Carolina.
