Ensure a Balanced Kratom Study for Oklahomans

Dear Legislator,
As you prepare for the interim study on kratom, I respectfully ask that the Committee
hear from natural kratom leaf consumers and independent scientists.
It is important that the study also distinguish traditional natural kratom leaf from
concentrated synthetic 7-OH. These products should not automatically be treated the
same.

Please pursue a science-based approach that protects consumers through appropriate
age restrictions, testing, and labeling without eliminating access to natural kratom leaf.
