Vote NO on HB 3538 and SB 2074 (AAP)

SUBJ: Please oppose new prescription costs in HB 3538 & SB 2074

As your constituent, I am writing to urge you to oppose HB 3538 and SB 2074.

These bills would impose a new, government-mandated fee of more than $10 on every prescription filled in Oklahoma — a cost that will ultimately be passed on to patients, employers, and taxpayers.

For families managing ongoing health needs, this could mean hundreds of dollars in additional annual costs. At a time when affordability is already a challenge, this proposal moves us in the wrong direction.

I support policies that lower costs and protect access to care — not ones that increase financial burdens.

Please oppose HB 3538 and SB 2074 and put Oklahoma patients first.
