Please Support SB 756 to Protect Our Communities

As a concerned resident of your district, I’m writing to urge you to support SB 756.

Right now, unregulated slot machines are showing up in places where they simply don’t belong — gas stations, convenience stores, and even corner shops. These machines are unregulated, untaxed, and often located in places where children and teens have easy access.

This is a serious public safety issue. We need common sense rules in place to ensure these machines are only operating in licensed, age-restricted locations.

SB 756 would bring much-needed oversight, keep these machines out of our neighborhoods, and make sure everyone plays by the same rules. It’s time to crack down on illegal machines and protect our kids and communities.
