Our democratic ally Israel is confronting the Iranian regime to prevent the world’s most dangerous regime from acquiring the world’s deadliest weapon.
As Israel takes action to protect its families and the world from a nuclear-armed Iran, the tyrannical regime in Iran has launched hundreds of ballistic missiles at Israeli population centers. Some of these missiles have reached their targets, injuring dozens of civilians and killing dozens of Israelis. Were it not for the United States Congress supporting the U.S.-Israel relationship and ensuring Israel has the most advanced defense systems in the world, there would be catastrophic death and destruction across Israel right now.
I greatly appreciate the majority of Democratic and Republican members of Congress who have clearly stood with the Jewish state against this shared threat.
I urge you to keep speaking out and standing with Israel as our ally takes action to protect its families from our shared enemy, Iran.
