End the Sale of Flavored Tobacco Products

Protect kids from flavored tobacco products

During this legislative session, I am urging you to prioritize protecting the health of Oregon kids and our future generations. For too long, we have allowed Big Tobacco to target our youth – and other populations – with products like candy-flavored e-cigarettes, minty menthol cigarettes, and dessert-flavored little cigars.

Big tobacco companies are using these products to hook Oregonians into a lifetime of addiction, which can result in serious health conditions. Tobacco use is not only dangerous to public health, it is the number one cause of preventable death in the United States.

Ending the sale of flavored tobacco products is a necessary step to take to protect the health of Oregon kids.

Please protect Oregon kids, not the tobacco industry’s profits, this session.
