Let Iowa Juries Decide

Big corporations need to be held accountable when they break the law. Some politicians and special interests want to prevent lawsuits when Iowans are killed.

 

They want us to just take one for the team, rather than exercise our constitutional right to a trial by jury if our loved one is killed by a reckless or negligent corporation.

 

This isn’t a game, and we cannot, and should not, give up our individual rights to satisfy the ambitions and greed of politicians and big corporations.
