Ensure Justice is Served!

I am writing to express concern regarding my right as a citizen of the State of Maryland to hold wrongdoers accountable for their actions. 

When a loved one dies or sustains life-altering injuries because of someone else’s conduct, they deserve justice to be served. In a civil case, a jury of Marylanders should decide what that justice looks like, free from overly restrictive government mandates and political influences. Insurance companies and corporate lobbyists should not be allowed to interfere with a citizen jury’s right to hold a drunk driver, negligent hospital, big-rig truck, doctor, or corporate nursing home accountable for harming a citizen of this state. 

Please say NO to politically motivated caps forced on citizen juries in civil court cases.
