American weapons help ensure the Jewish state has the resources needed to protect its people from Iran and its terrorist proxies, while deterring additional escalation.

Israel’s offensive capabilities enable defensive victories, as demonstrated in the preemptive strike against Hezbollah. America must ensure our democratic ally has the offensive and defensive resources it needs to protect its families.

As Israel continues to work to drive Hamas from power in Gaza, it’s also confronting a conflict on its northern border Hezbollah, long-range attacks from the Houthis in Yemen, and attacks from Iran itself.

The United States must ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself, by itself against these growing challenges. The immediate delivery of arms is essential to ensuring Israel’s security.

I urge you to oppose any effort to block or delay military aid to the Jewish state.
