Let’s protect our assisted living residents

Aegis Living’s health and safety record for residents and caregivers is appalling.  I am disappointed that Aegis Living is worth billions and you are living a lavish lifestyle while vulnerable residents are put at risk by understaffing. Caregivers are paid wages far below the low income threshold, causing high turnover and making understaffing even worse.

I urge you to respect the demands of your own staff who have joined a union, and improve health and safety conditions for both residents and the people who care for them.
