Vote NO on H.B. 1420

I am writing to ask you to oppose H.B. 1420 which would block competition in the construction of high-voltage transmission lines in Indiana. Blocking competition means higher electricity prices for Indiana families. No competition not only means higher prices, but it also means less innovation, and less reliability and increases the chances projects won’t be finished on time or on budget.

Don’t give more power to monopoly utility companies – stand up for competition and Indiana families. Oppose H.B. 1420.
